Prime ''Day'' 2022

Amazon's having their annual "Let's get rid of the old shit" day*.

Same shit as always.
I didn't spot anything amazing.
Bought an extension cable for the living room.
Life is exciting.

Has anyone picked up an awesome bargain?
Might be an idea to look into some sort of AC solution!

*it's two days, because Amazon doesn't understand what a Day is.

I was thinking of getting a couple of months worth of wet cat food. They have large boxes that are cheap now. But one cat gets bored with similar food very quickly.

Only digital books are cheaper. Electric devices. I do not trust amazon with yet.

Ditto : They only seem to have Felix or that Gourmet cat food, on offer, here. Molly prefers Whiskas, (Felix in particular makes her .. refund the food a short while after!) and .. good grief, Whiskas is going up in price!

As for books, I've bought a fair number of Kindle books over the years, and .. So far, nothing's gone awry.
I use the Kindle app on iPad, though. Not sure I'd make enough use of an actual kindle device.

I ordered a physical d&d monster book. A image of the contents showed a whole lot of monster names. For rpg games and rogue like programming it might be useful.

Edit: I bought a digital book on diablo 2 recently. It has all sorts of insights. i still want to program and draw parts of that game.

I picked up a 512GB SD card for £32 - should have been £60-£70. That's all... so far.
